WHO WE ARE:

Caafinet Enterprise is a healthcare-focused enterprise that operates in Somalia, established in 2017. It provides support to private medical hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies that are owned or operated by qualified medical doctors, nurses, and pharmacists. The enterprise’s primary objective is to work collaboratively with for-profit health facilities, doctors, and other healthcare professionals to facilitate better health outcomes for the people of Somalia with reduced morbidity and mortality.

To achieve its goal, Caafinet Enterprise has formed partnerships with various organizations, including the Private Sector Partnership in Health (PSPH) Project, which is funded by the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC), and engages with the World Bank.

Strengthening regulatory framework and enforcement and also regulate the heath and pharmaceutical supply chain

Merging of the highly fragmented private healthcare

Campaigning for the proper path of treatment

Giving incentives to the surplus trained medical doctors with no ready path to employment for them to remain in the country.

CAAFInet Membership Registration Event

On January 31, 2025, CAAFInet hosted a successful membership registration event at Jowhara Hotel. The event aimed to expand and strengthen the network by increasing its membership. With PSPH’s support, the event raised awareness about CAAFInet, facilitated presentations, encouraged networking, and registered new members.

Branding through a unifying logo and brand that will be a form of client signaling.
Marketing will be done through mass media and other channels to create awareness about the network among the target consumers.
Members of the network are trained on customer service, product knowledge and in business skills to improve service delivery and health outcomes.
Through pooled procurement, members will have reliable quality assured essential medicines.
